Clarissa is a successful economics journalist, presenting investment opportunities on ‘Telebörse’, the most successful economics programme on n-tv. Her ability to balance information and humour contributed greatly to both her own and the programme’s status.
Her informally educational style has made her very popular among large companies and in particular with conferences.
In 1991 she started her career presenting RIAS Frühstücksfernsehen before moving to 3sat on Tips und Trends and subsequently to Sat1 as presenter of Top News. In addition to ‘Telebörse’, Clarissa started working ‘Börsenquiz’ in 1996. She became a business editor on the “Hamburg Journal” at NDR towards the end of 2004 and by mid-2004 she ascended to head of their economics department. By 2006 she had become Deputy Head of the Department of the State at the television broadcasting centre in Hamburg. She also moderates the regular news magazine Weekly Mirror in the ARD and the Sunday talk television show.
